As the Founder and CEO of TB Consulting, an HR Consulting/Life Coach Company, she has combined theoretical and realistic practices to assist others in achieving their desired success. She has launched the Women Conferences that focused on spiritual empowerment, entrepreneurship, career advancement, and relationship improvement.  She has obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, MBA in HR Management from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.
