Suzi B is a wife, mom of 4, travel lover, adventure seeker and happiness obsessor.  She is the creator of Healthy and Happy Habits transformation course and the 3ssentials Habits Mastermind.  She’s a speaker, podcaster (Habits and Humor Podcast), and author of “Life Conscious.”  She has combined her work as a personal trainer and her education as a health educator with her research of habits and now helps people to Consciously find happiness in the present while their habits Subconsciously create their ideal future.  She emphasizes that simplicity and personalization is the key to long term success.
