I am every woman. Or at least I try to relate to every single experience, as I have lived many once-in-a-lifetime experiences. I am a mom, a wife, an ex-wife, an employer, and an employee. At 43, I have lived an abnormal life and am sharing the chapters of my life with the hopes of helping someone else who may be going through something similar. I have a very high-stress career as Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Payroll, Police Services, and Health and Safety Administration for two colleges, a regional training center, and a TV/Radio Station. But the work continues.
I co-own a business with my husband, run an assisted living facility (also known as caring for my aging parents), and raise two girls at home. And not to outdo myself, I am finishing my PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and hopefully will be Dr. Hannon by the end of 2025. I have mastered the art of self-care and work/life partnership and will discuss all of the things that women go through trying to do it all.
