After working 25 years in the corporate world and experiencing a burnout that had me rethink of my priorities to put myself back on the to-do list. During this time, I felt a calling to work with and for women and that’s when I discovered face yoga with all of it’s benefits and that gave me back a more youthful glow with a mind and body connection. That’s what convinced me to became certified Face Yoga Method instructor.
My main goal is to empower women to gain more self-confidence and an overall sense of well-being.
My mission is to teach women how to love themselves more each day and control their aging facial process by connecting with themselves. Practicing hatha yoga for 30 years and knowing how important yoga has been in my life, I want women to know that Face Yoga offers great physical and mental benefits at any age.
